When a VW Bulli drives into an event hall, something curious happens: people stop, smile – and suddenly the photos start. That’s exactly what happened at the corporate event held by LÖDIGE Industries in Paderborn, where ‘Unser Bus – a photo booth bus’ got to be part of the evening.
The stage: an impressively illuminated industrial hall, perfectly set up. Around 800 international guests had been invited. It was clear even during set-up that this would be no ordinary evening.
Right in the middle of it all: our photo booth bus. The moment it opened, a long queue formed and never went away. The charm of the Bulli, combined with professional photo equipment, drew the guests in like a magnet. And while conversations may still have been going on elsewhere, here people were already laughing, posing and creating memories together.
The personalised photo prints were a real highlight. Every guest could take their own picture home straight away – not just any standard strip, but high-quality, individually designed prints as a lasting memento of the evening. It’s exactly these tangible moments that make events so valuable afterwards.
At the same time, digital sharing was a huge success: using QR codes, guests could download the pictures to their smartphones instantly and share them straight away with friends, colleagues or on social media. The combination of an analogue experience and digital sharing worked perfectly – fast, hassle-free and right on trend.
For anyone who was in a bit of a hurry or didn’t want to wait in the queue, we also had our photo booth. An ideal addition that was also heavily used and gave guests another easy way to capture memories.
What remains is an evening that impressed not only with its stunning setting and international atmosphere, but above all with genuine, personal moments. That’s exactly why we love what we do.
