What an event: At Vetter Pharma's summer party, they truly thought big – and delivered. Around 10,000 guests celebrated together at an impressive festival, organized by Eurokongress, which set new standards in every respect.
Right in the thick of it: our photo bus. And it was non-stop that evening. For hours, a continuous long queue formed – a clear sign of how well the concept was received by the guests. Whether colleagues, teams, or groups of friends: the enthusiasm for capturing memories together was palpable everywhere.
The printer literally ran hot. Picture after picture was printed directly on site and taken away – a truly tangible highlight. At the same time, it became clear how much demand there is for digital solutions: sharing photos via QR code was heavily utilized, ensuring the pictures landed immediately on guests' smartphones.
A truly special moment unfolded in the evening: Behind the photo bus, a lit-up Ferris wheel spun, creating a spectacular backdrop. This combination of light, movement, and emotion made the photos truly special – and lent an almost magical atmosphere to the event.
