VHV Versicherungen summer party – UnserBus times two

And in this case, big really is the right word: around 2,000 guests, a brilliant atmosphere and an event site with loads to discover.

Diedloff Catering was the agency responsible for organising and running the summer party – and they had pulled out all the stops. A huge tent village, fantastic food, a Ferris wheel and an ABBA cover band created a real festival feel. Above all, though, there were 2,000 incredibly cheerful and friendly guests who made the day something special.

Two photo booth buses for 2,000 guests

With so many people, we were of course allowed to think a bit bigger too. That’s why this time we came along with two UnserBus buses.

The two photo buses were set up at different spots across the sprawling event site. That way, guests never had far to go and could take home their own personal memento of the summer party along the way.

And they made the most of it: friends, colleagues and whole groups found their way in front of our cameras. This is exactly why we love our job – when a photo becomes not just a print, but a memory of a really good day spent together.

A summer party to remember

The racecourse in Hannover-Langenhagen made for a pretty impressive backdrop. Between the Ferris wheel, tents, live music, great food and plenty of cheerful people, the atmosphere was somewhere between a summer party and a small festival.

For us, it was also great to see how well the concept of two photo booth buses on one large event site works. Especially at events of this size, it lets you cover several areas at the same time and handle large numbers of guests with ease.
